A modest start

Between 2000-4 as a policy-maker I had to grapple with definitions of 'culture' in drafting London's inaugural culture strategy. I place a modest counter down by including some of the text we in London came to use; just to kick off this article.

You are right to make this not strictly about the anthro definition of culture, but also to cover the culture = "refinement" idea. Keep at it! Stephen Ewen 09:11, 14 November 2007 (CST)
