Did some formatting

Hi Kelsy,

Interesting article. I essentially did some formatting to CZ style, but didn't change content. You'll see that I redid the first reference so it appears as a footnote. I did remove one reference to a Wikipedia article, which we don't use as a source. Let me know if I can help with the references.
