One & Other is a piece of performance art organised by Antony Gormley and currently taking place in Trafalgar Square, London. It is available for viewing on the official website here.

2,400 members of the public, chosen randomly by computer from over 21,000 applicants, each occupy the square's vacant plinth for an hour at a time.
