The IPhone is a mobile phone developed by Apple Inc.. It belongs to the smartphone category, including calender, notes taking, e-mail and web-browsing as well as other applications in addition to the phone functionality itself. It also includes IPod functionality for music and video playback.

The IPhone uses a multi-touch screen for user input, and has no physical keyboard, not even a numeric one. As required, both a numeric or a qwerty-keyboard are displayed on-screen.
