Cortical regions with altered topological properties of the cortical connectivity network in early blind subjects (p<0.05). Blue: regions with decreases in both the degree of connectivity and the global efficiency and with an increased characteristic path length in the early blind; Red: regions with increased degree of connectivity and global efficiency in the early blind; Top: left hemisphere (LH); Bottom: right hemisphere (RH). Left: Lateral view; right: medial view.
