Both of the two source websites state that this photo is a Smithsonian Institute photo although I could not find the photo on the Smithsonian website. Be that as it may, the Smithsonian website page at http://smithsonianimages.si.edu/siphoto/siphoto.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=content&contentpath=copyright.html states:
