IANL, but I believe this to be Fair Use of Microsoft's logo if it is only used on articles about Microsoft or their products. Many news websites use logos in this way, as does Wikipedia (where this logo is copied from). (Note:WP states that this logo is PD. I'm not sure about that, but I think it's fair use anyhow.) |
