This article is about Dummy corporation. For other uses of the term Corporation, please see Corporation (disambiguation).

A dummy corporation (or dummy company) is a corporation created to serve as a front or cover for one or more legitimate companies. It has the appearance of being real (logo, website, public relations) but lacks the capacity to function independently. The goal of a dummy company is to conceal the true ownership and/or purpose.
