David Eisenhower [r]: Public Policy Fellow at the Annenberg School of Communication and the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches communications and the presidency and the Cold War; Senior Fellow, Foreign Policy Research Institute co-chairman of FPRI’s History Institute and its Institute for Teachers; the Director of the Institute for Public Service at Penn and a member of the editorial board for the Presidential Studies Quarterly; grandson of Dwight D. Eisenhower
