In diagnostic imaging, computed tomographic cardiac angiography, also called CT coronary angiography, is a form of x-ray computed tomography for examining the coronary arteries.

Role in diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Computed tomographic cardiac angiography (CT cardiac angiography) uses multidetector spiral computed tomography for diagnosing coronary heart disease.[1][2][3] The physiologic significance of obstructions estimated to be 60% to 80% is difficult to predict.[4]
