Apart from adding the Charter elements, I've trimmed this slightly, and altered it to make it clear that the role of an editor is not as demanding as it appeared before. Most importantly, I've removed the implication that Editors must be on mailing lists - if they want that level of involvement fine, but if they want to contribute occasionally, fine too, and if they don't want their mail boxes cluttered - well I can appreciate that.[[User:Gareth Leng|Gareth Leng]] 16:40, 15 November 2010 (UTC)

Apart from adding the Charter elements, I've trimmed this slightly, and altered it to make it clear that the role of an editor is not as demanding as it appeared before. Most importantly, I've removed the implication that Editors must be on mailing lists - if they want that level of involvement fine, but if they want to contribute occasionally, fine too, and if they don't want their mail boxes cluttered - well I can appreciate that.Gareth Leng 16:40, 15 November 2010 (UTC)
