If an event was confined to one time zone, the Citizendium article should state the respective times in local time and date (as defined at the time of the event) if possible. If an event occurred across several time zones, it is strongly recommended that the Citizendium article state the time and date according to UTC. In both cases, exceptions require justification by a relevant Editor.
