Citizendium Getting Started
Quick Start | About us | Help system | Start a new article | For Wikipedians

Tasks: start a new article • add basic, wanted or requested articles • add definitionsadd metadata • edit new pages

Welcome to the Citizendium! We hope you will contribute boldly and well. Here are pointers for a quick start, and see Getting Started for other helpful "startup" links, our help system and CZ:Home for the top menu of community pages. You can test out editing in the sandbox if you'd like. If you need help to get going, the forum is one option. That's also where we discuss policy and proposals. You can ask any user or the editors for help, too. Just put a note on their "talk" page. Again, welcome and have fun! Aleksander Stos 15:56, 10 November 2007 (CST)

Magic

Hi Aladin, and welcome back! Nice work on magic so far. It is not the standard sort of encyclopedia article, but it is becoming an interesting, compelling narrative. --Larry Sanger 07:14, 23 June 2008 (CDT)

Reversion of User page

Hi, Aladin, this is a Constable speaking. I've consulted with the rest of the Constabulary just to be sure, but it's pretty clear that all members of Citizendium are supposed to have biographies of themselves, short ones, perhaps, but not just a link to an Internet site. So I've reverted your page to its previous state. If you want to edit it significantly to make it shorter, that's all right -- but it should remain a minimum of 50 words. You can certainly leave your Web link there, but there has to be other information as well. Thanks! Hayford Peirce 22:51, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
