Troy D. Alexander is an online computer store owner and high school economics teacher in the Yuba City Unified School District located in Northern California.

Alexander founded chipsdigitalpc in 2007 as a way to fund his self-financed animal rescue organization near his home in Williams, California. Self-described areas of specialties are computer and electronics hardware/trouble shooting, economics, the California educational system, and overall business.
