I am a social worker with an interest in poor peoples movements and human rights. My Social Work practice interests are focused primarily on the first three years of life. My practice focuses on early intervention with families caring for an infant/toddler with an established condition and/or developmental delays. My greatest concerns in the policy area concern the intersection of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Part C( IDEA, Part C), Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA) and Infant Mental Health.
