Relevant Training & Qualifications 2006 Certified Internet Webmaster - Master Designer 2003 Certificate In Training Practice 2003 Online Tutor Module 1996 Certificate T.E.F.L 1994 B:Ed Hons (Primary) Commentary As a reception teacher and curriculum co-ordinator for other areas of first school age children a€“ I have an understanding of the key skills that are needed to develop numeracy and literacy. This is combined with my EFL experience where I have taught in the UK and abroad to adults and all other ages. All aspects of understanding spoken and written English including grammar, using language for specific purposes etc. Spent approximately three years working in the training and HR. This has involved assisting with courses for 'soft' skills, delivering PC and induction and evaluation. Currently assisting with blended learning initiative including online course design and evaluation. Most recently worked on a variety of web initiative and e-government projects, involving conversion of paper-based client facing and back office processes into web services.
