I am an assistant professor of Kinesiology at Texas Woman's University. At TWU, I am coordinator of the M.S. Degree program in Sport Coaching. I am the chief editor of two research journals in Sport Coaching. The Journal of Athlete Centered Coaching is an academic peer reviewed journal. The Journal of Coaching Action Research Excellence is a pedagogical peer reviewed journal. Both Journals have data repositories at the Harvard University Dataverse.
