My name is Katie Gallagher and I am a student in the Appetite and Obesity honours course 2009. I am currently in my Honours year at Edinburgh University and spent last year in Uppsala, Sweden on an Erasmus exchange. During the following 8 weeks, I will be working on an article about Exercise and Body weight, the evidence that exercise is linked to a long term reduction in body weight and mechanisms involved.
