Jesse Helmer is a Canadian based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has a masters degree in public administration from Queen's University and a bachelors degree in English literature from University of Waterloo. He is particularly interested in Canadian business, international trade negotiations, politics and political history, and Canadian literature written in English. He has been on the web at www.helmer.ca since 2001.
