I was born in 1948 in Holland in a place called Haarlem.
Haarlem is a small town near Amsterdam.
My parent had four chilren and I was the youngest.
In 1976 I married Karin Houtman from Heemstede.
Karin was born in 1952 in Leiden.
We have two sons, Robin (1978) and Paul (1982).
