I graduated from Hacettepe University (ankara, Turkey), Psychology department in 1998. Later I started my graduate studies and I received my M.Sc degree in work and Organisaitonal Psychology ad I am about to submit my phd dissertation in June, 2009. My thesis combines concepts of work and organisational psychology and social psychology, namely, work performance, social identity, social representations and social groups.
