This is Ajay Rana from Hazaribag, a very small and a green town in the beautiful State of Jharkhand (India). I am a graduate student in India working with cytoskeletal proteins from human parasites at Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow. I have completed my Master of Science from IIT-Bombay in may2007. From september 2007, I am working as Junior Research Fellow(JRF) at Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow. My MSc project at IIT-Bombay was on purification and biophysical characterization of lectins from plant sources. Apart from research, I have keen interest in management and planning. I keep reading and collecting resources of my interest. I enjoy watching Indian movies. I have always longed for the truth that why there is existence of living and non-living matters and how they are related to each other. Is there any feeling of consciousness from living objects? After a long way of my life now 25, I think it is better to devote oneself for the welfare of the community where we live in. This is as simple as keeping biotic community and abiotic factors in balance. Life is extremely precious if you lead it according to yourself all the time, else it is fake. Thank you. Ajay Rana
