I could also point out that the only two "active" editors in the history workgroup, Lohman and myself, both write on the same subject: social insurance. If any article is likely to change it's this one. What's not likely to change is Rutherford B. Hayes or Chester A. Arthur. Russell D. Jones 12:18, 5 December 2011 (UTC)

Russell, when this removal notice was placed here this blank page had been blank for a year and a half since you created it. There was nothing to suggest that this article was likely to change. The matter remains open to question - in the year and a half since you started this blank page you have created and subsequently nominated for removal a dozen articles.
