Sulforaphane.

Sulforaphane is a biochemical, present in many green vegetables, that has been shown to have numerous healthful benefits. It has been shown to reduce cardio-vascular disease, cancers and ulcers. Broccoli sprouts are the richest natural source of sulforaphane glucosinate, which can also be found in broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale and radishes. [1]
