Needs split/expansion about general topic of evacuation of South Vietnam

FREQUENT WIND and EAGLE PULL proper were specific helicopter escapes from defined locations in Saigon and Phnom Penh. At the moment, this article is something of a catchall for pieces of the broader story of evacuation. Howard C. Berkowitz 03:32, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
