I'm a Systems and Network Support Technician, working for a large hospital in Kansas City. My experience is chiefly with Windows 2000/2003 Server and Novell networks, Active Directory, Ethernet, telecommunications, and server/desktop hardware. I have over 10 years experience in the IT field.

Prior to IT, I was involved in Emergency Services, as both a police dispatcher and field EMT.

I'm here to see if a good idea can make the transition to a good thing, and help if possible.
