I am a native of the metropolitan Atlanta, GA area and have resided in this area for all but three years of my life. I hold a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA in Finance from the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. I have 11 years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry. I began my career as a Systems Engineer for a major international wireless equipment vendor and am currently employed as an RF Engineer for a major PCS carrier. I enjoy computing as well as learning more about the evolution of the Internet and its integration into our daily lives as a medium for communication and self-education. I am hoping to relaunch and further develop my personal blog in the near future. In addition, I enjoy video gaming, primarily on the Xbox platform but, if I can build a new PC coming months, I would like to explore PC gaming as well. One particular passion that I find my computing interest as well as the Internet help to nourish is finance and investing. I am particularly interested in investment research and investment valuation as inputs to identifying potential investment opportunities. While I am not currently employed in the financial industry, these interests allow me to leverage my MBA in Finance to some degree. Finally, I love to travel. While my trips outside the U.S. have been limited to day trips to the Bahamas and Vancouver, British Columbia, I have visited 40 states. Other interests include drum and bugle corps and marching music. I am an avid fan of the Concord Blue Devils drum and bugle corps but also enjoy many college and high school marching bands. My interest in these activities has broadened my musical tastes and is primarily responsible for my exposure and enjoyment of classical and jazz music. Also, I am a member of the small but growing community of Formula 1 fans in the United States and am an ardent supporter of Ferrari. However, my greatest entertainment fervor is Georgia Tech football. Being born and bred in the Southern U.S., there is no game or sport that comes close to the pageantry and excitement of college football.
