Neil has over 23 successful years computing experience in mainframe, mini and small scale technology areas covering support, management, sales and programming roles. Neil has gained a breadth of experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of infrastructure solutions over a number of different environments. As well as the area of infrastructure, Neil has also had experience in development and the management of IT professionals.

Neil recognises that the quality of service depends not only on technology but also on disciplined operational processes and skilled qualified people. As a consequence, Neil is currently utilises a multi-facetted approach to Service Management using MOF, ITIL, PRISM, and SixSigma disciplines to assist organisations to create proven, structured, and repeatable operations processes.

Neil holds a double major undergraduate Degree in Business from what is now the Curtin University, and holds several industry certifications including ITIL Service Management, A+, MCP, and CNE. Neil is a Senior Member (SMACS) and Practising Computer Profession (PCP) in the Australian Computer Society, and has a post graduate degree in Information Technology from Canberra University.
