I am a Professor of Psychology at Howard University and psychologist, board certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology and licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. I have published two books (Family Therapy by Haworth Press and Couples Therapy by Haworth Press), both of which have had two editions. I have over 40 publications across a wide range of clinical areas. My areas of expertise include clinical training models, evidence based practices in family therapy and couples therapy, behavioral health interventions for hypertension, smoking cessation programs, and diversity issues. I am currently on the Board of Director of the National Register of Health Service Providers.
