Karl Edler was born in southern Alberta, Canada on a cattle ranch. He gained a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in Engineering Physics. He is currently working on a PhD in Physics at the University of Manitoba. Karl is a guest worker at Canada's National Research Council Institute for Biodiagnostics.
