Arun Ravindran is a PhD student at Boston University. His research interests include machine learning, artificial intelligence, data mining and biologically inspired knowledge extraction. Past work experience include speech recognition, text classification using generative models, computer vision and image compression. Some of his other interests include biking, rock climbing, world history and carnatic music.
