I live in North Highlands, a community in Sacramento County, CA.

I majored in Philosophy & Theology and minored in Psychology at Point Loma Nazarene University. While attending PLNU, I studied abroad at European Nazarene College in Büsingen, Germany, and the American College of Thessaloníki, in Thessaloníki (i.e. Salonica), Greece, spending one semester at each. I've taken language classes for two modern languages, Greek and Spanish, and two archaic languages, Koine Greek and Hebrew. I really enjoy studying languages, though I have yet to gain any sort of proficiency with any of them.

Some of my favorite books include the Holy Bible (I especially like the NRSV), the Anne of Green Gables series of novels, and the Circle Trilogy. Some of my favorite authors include Zig Ziglar, Frank Peretti, Dale Carnegie, Stephen King, John Maxwell, and Max Lucado. Moving on to movies: I really like Jim Carrey movies. Some others favorites include the Anne of Green Gables trilogy, all of the Star Wars movies, comic book-based films (especially the recent Spiderman, X-Men, and Batman Begins movies), and the Back to the Future trilogy. I really like watching television programs on DVD. Some really good ones that I've seen include The West Wing, Mind of Mencia, Lost, The 4400, and 24.
