For past 10+ years, Alex Martychenko was building his engineering career with major telecommunication and software companies in Canada (Nortel Networks, WindRiver, Alcatel-Lucent -- currently.)

Prior to this, for 6 years he was a visiting professor at Inha University (Incheon, South Korea) where he conducted several projects related to diagnostics and control of the combustion engine. He presented his scientific results on national and international conferences, including SAE and FISITA congresses.

Educated in Belarus (former USSR), he also participated in political movement of Perestroika Era. This gave him an opportunity to meet people who later became leaders of independent Belarus as well as the opposition.
