How I made the list
You might be wondering, How did he do this? Bots? Nah. I haven't a clue about them. I came up with the list through a cut-and-paste job into Excel and Wordpad. I was able to use them and particularly the concatenate function in Excel to split or merge the information so I could get a column ordered by subpage and thus delete them.
