Adrenergic beta-agonists (LABA) are "drugs that selectively bind to and activate beta-adrenergic receptors."[1]

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Among patients with COPD, reduction in mortality may not occur unless LABAs are combined with corticosteroids.[2]
