I am a civil engineer experienced in hydrologic, hydraulic, and scour analysis and design; roadway design; and CADD coordination on projects for State Departments of Transportation, City and County Highway Departments, Transportation and Toll Authorities, and Design/Build Contractors.

My past work includes on-system and off-system bridge replacements; rural, urban, and interstate roadway widening and reconstruction; and mixed-use design/build projects.
