Interests: Reading - anything interesting. Cinema - Asian cinema, Ozu, Kurozawa and modern cinema (not the fashionable Asian Horror though). Japan - all aspects of the country from food, culture and history, especially Meiji period and post-war. European History - particularly post and wartime central Europe. Geology, Geophysics - just a basic interest from Uni.
