Passionate about education, Rachel has taught elementary, middle school, and college students as well as numerous professional development experiences for teachers.  Education topics of most interest pertain to education reform, the teaching of mathematics in elementary and middle school, instructional technology, and middle school reform.  Rachel graduated from Towson University with a BS in Elementary Education and Johns Hopkins University with a MS with certificates in Administration & Supervision and Technology Leadership.  With dreams of one day opening her own school, Rachel is currently employed with Montgomery County Public Schools in Maryland as an Instructional Specialist in the Division of Technology Management and Planning.
