I'm bilingual/bicultural/dual citizen American/French I have a BS in ICS from UC, Irvine, and an MBA also from UC, Irvine. I'm also a graduate of Polytechnic School in Pasadena, a small private preparatory school. I've spend some 25 years programming at various levels, everything from real-time operating systems in assembler to business systems in BASIC. I'm now in the financial world as a technical manager in home loans. I have a fascination with words and language, perhaps a result of being bilingual. I'm a bit of a stickler for spelling, grammar, and elegant language. My interests are travel, old british cars, reading, and annoying my children. When encyclopedias were still on paper, I'd love to just open a volume and start reading. We have a 1926 version of Brittanica, and it's a lot of fun to look up 'rocket' and 'computer'! Oh, yes: I'm a geek, a nerd, etc. Sad, but true.
