I graduated with an MSc in Applied Statistics in 1997 and then started working as a statistician in the NHS National Services Scotland. I am part of a team which produces statistics on cancer in Scotland (isdscotland.org/cancer_information).

I am also very interested in Scottish history and geography.

My favourite publications include Population Trends, Health Statistics Quarterly, Social Trends and Regional Trends, published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) (statistics.gov.uk).

I hope to be editing more frequently in the near future. Lesley Bhatti 13:33, 1 March 2008 (CST)
