I am a Anglo American Australian PhD student at Victoria University of Wellington researching 'The evolution and persistance of ecological naivete and the island rule in new Zealand birds". I have a BSc in Zoology from Southampton University and a MSc in Biodiversity and Conservation from Leeds University and have worked field jobs in Uganda (studying primate cognition) Namibia (grasshopper genetics and evolution) and California and Hawaii (seabird ecology). I have written three featured articles in Wikipedia, as Sabine's Sunbird, albatross, seabird and Procellariidae.
