I'm an Associate Director of Youth Ministry at a mid sized Presbyterian church in Austin, Texas. I suppose that implies that I have experience in youth sociology, psychology and religious issues - hey, why not. I'm also an administrator at Wikipedia, which I mention not to try to pull any extra weight around here (it shouldn't), but to show that I have a grasp of how an open source encyclopedia works - and, importantly, what its weaknesses are.
