His father's 2008 interview describes him as a really nice guy. He also attended Oxford. I wonder if he was approached to join the Bullingdon Club, because he was the grandson of the Earl of Longford? If he was a nice guy, then, did he turn it down? Baronetcy

Harry Mount had an elder brother William Mount, who was alive for that 2008 interview. Why is he not in line to inherit the Baronetcy? Is he still alive, but has already declined?
