I've included a very non-quantitative description of Gibbs free energy to assist in understanding the diagram. It links to [[Entropy (thermodynamics)]] and to [[Enthalpy]], but to be frank, I do not find either of these articles at all helpful in providing a feel for their subjects. [[User:John R.
