:Sandy, I think you are calling for something that really should be part of all disease articles: a '''differential diagnosis''' section. Also, in this specific area, I believe some rheumatologists/pain management people( are putting CFS as a subset of [[chronic regional pain syndromes]] or (blanking--more coffee--diffuse pain syndromes).

Sandy, I think you are calling for something that really should be part of all disease articles: a differential diagnosis section. Also, in this specific area, I believe some rheumatologists/pain management people( are putting CFS as a subset of chronic regional pain syndromes or (blanking--more coffee--diffuse pain syndromes).
