:Hi Tom, it's definitely been a staple of the constabulary armament.  I think it serves as much as a deterent as a useful tool to clear complaints off the talk page.  I sure don't like getting hit with it and think twice before I complain about someone else!  I wish I could think of a better way, but then I wish I never had to use it either.. ;-) [[User:D. Hi Tom, it's definitely been a staple of the constabulary armament. I think it serves as much as a deterent as a useful tool to clear complaints off the talk page. I sure don't like getting hit with it and think twice before I complain about someone else! I wish I could think of a better way, but then I wish I never had to use it either.. ;-) D.
