James M. Stiles, Ph.D., P.E. is the owner of Limestone Engineering a firm that provides engineering and research services in environmental engineering and acid mine drainage. Dr. Stiles' earned his Ph.D. in civil engineering in 2000, and his dissertation topic was the numerical simulation of the injection of fly ash grout into abandoned underground coal mines. Since then, he was formerly employed as a Research Engineer with the West Virginia Water Research Institute at West Virginia University before forming his own company in 2007.
