A Citizendium constable is concerned that this media may not meet
Citizendium media policies
We have no idea where this image really came from, as the en.Wikipedia references the Commons as the source and the Commons references the en.Wikipedia as the source, and the uploader makes no claim that he/she is the author of the photograph. It is likely, probable, that the image comes from a country other than the United States that affords copyright protection to photographs of art. That the underlying work is itself in the public domain is not relative if the provenance of the photograph is not the United States. This digital photo should be replaced with a work whose provenance and public domain status is clear, or else used under fair use. Stephen Ewen 12:05, 24 November 2007 (CST)

To the uploader:
Please familiarize yourself with Citizendium media policies and clear up the concern(s) to avoid this image's deletion. If you need additional help, just ask the constable who placed this tag, from whom you should have already received a separate communication.
