I received the PhD degree in Engineering and Information Science from the Australian National University, Australia, in 2007, the M.Sc degree in Engineering Mathematics from the University of Twente, The Netherlands, in 2002, and the bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia, in 1999. I am currently a research assistant in the Department of Engineering, Australian National University working in the area of feedback control of quantum systems.

My research interests include modeling and control of quantum and classical stochastic dynamical systems, degree constrained rational interpolation and its engineering applications, and statistical signal processing. I have published a number of papers in peer reviewed and reputable control engineering journals and conferences, a collection of already published papers be found on the webpage http://hendrai.freeservers.com/papers.html, while preprints of some papers that have been submitted for publication can be found on the Cornell e-print archive http://www.arxiv.org.
