Britney Jean Spears (1981- ) is an American singer, actress, and prominent entertainment celebrity. Today she is highly influential in the pop music scene. Spears was born on December 2, 1981 in Kentwood, Louisiana.
In 1991, Spears attended the Professional Performing Arts School and studied in the off-Broadway Dance Center. In the age of 11, she took part in the television show The All New Mickey Mouse Club. In 1999, she published her first album Baby One More Time. In 2007, the business magazine Forbes ranked Spears the 12nd in the 20 richest women in the entertainment industry.[1]
